Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve Website
Staying fit for future RVing
This helpful volunteer was waiting at the trail opening with a brochure on birds in Santa Rosa Plateau. Also, information on snakes & wildflowers .
We took the trail on the left to the adobes and the trail on the right back from the adobes. (Trail on the left has more shade areas)(Trail on the right has a wide road to walk)
March – Walk to the Adobes
Kevin made a video on YouTube of our walk. Check it out 🙂
It was a treat to see the inside of the adobe(it’s not always open) & have a volunteer answer questions people had.
At the adobes – Engelmann Oak Tree
There are a several trails leading to the adobes but the Hidden Valley Trail (orange line)has very few hills and rocky areas to walk. Parking is right next to the trail opening.
