California Quail

California Quail

A couple of California Quails entered my backyard. I was so excited I grabbed my camera and got these shots of them.

  1. Beautiful shots (as always)! Love this bird. Sometimes I like to imagine a California Quail facing off in a foot race against the Greater Roadrunner — who would win? The Roadrunner is much larger in size, but those quail can MOVE! What do you think?

Have a great cruise — and Happy Birthday!!
