The dutch oven has been a fun experience for us. I was surprised by how many people enjoy dutch oven cooking. I would like to stop by a dutch oven get together someday. It looks like fun. This is my local chapter of the International Dutch Oven Society.

Here is the Peanut Butter Swirl Recipe I used

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup butter melted

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

12 oz milk chocolate chips Cream butter and peanut butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into peanut butter mixture. Spread into a 12 inch dutch oven. sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Swirl chips to marbelize. Bake additional 20 minutes at 350 F. Cool, cut and eat.
