Arizona & Domicle state Upate

We’re saying good-bye to Arizona. The ghost town of Jerome, calm national forests, red rock country, farmers markets, cafes, national monuments and the verde valley thousand trail campground greeter are experiences we enjoyed.

Sedona’s claim of natural psychic energy in the area and Bell Rock attracting UFO’s was interesting but not something, I put much stock into. I bet Sedonians have tons of good campground stories about the area.

Does the Cathedral Rock in West side of Sedona give off a sense of well-being to all who approach within 500 yards? Maybe? Maybe not?  🙂 This conservative christian was shocked by the amount of new age shops in Sedona. Psychics, soul finders, fortune tellers, crystals and more… it’s all here in Sedona. Its a beautiful area for a scenic drive even if you don’t have a new age experience in Sedona.

Domicile state: We had a change in our domicile state. Our escapee mail service is having legal problems with South Dakota so we’ve been making our way towards Texas to establish domicile residency.

I’d like to shout out to Todd & Rosemary Boorman who we met in Benson, Arizona. They are from Southern California like us. 🙂

Happy Travels!

      • you are welcome. I got out our old receipt after your last reply to check the price for you. We belonged to the Escapees RV club So my husband was going to use that discount until the desk person asked his age. The 55 + Senior discount was cheaper than the club discount so we used that. It cost us 22 dollars a night for a full hookup for our 28 ft Rv. When I was out walking the park so of the long term residents stopped me. They chatted with me quite awhile. They were nice folks. The one fellow told me he moved to this park because the ones associated with the casinos were getting way to expensive. So if you wanted to stay awhile it sounds like they have good rates. Even though the sign can be seen from the highway you do have to go through town a bit. We just followed our Tom Tom GPS directions. It was worth it. Good rates and friendly people. 🙂
